One of the most popular uses for a Yooper Cans is our exterior fed wood burning sauna option. Yooper Can saunas are extremely energy efficient, our saunas are spray foamed to prevent sweating, along with an R-13/R-19 insulation package and a vapor barrier. This process guarantees a hot sauna that burns less wood and the heat lasts longer.

Yooper Cans sauna are self sufficient, an In-demand water heater  works off a small propane tank and is fed by a garden hose from a water spigot or pumped from a lake/river.  This offers the benefit of a hot shower without heating the sauna. All saunas are wired with lights and outlets, that can easily plug into an outdoor outlet or generator. A solar option is also possible for the off-gridders
